How do EU feel?

The Day that divided Britain.

I don’t know about you guys, but I didn’t get much sleep last night.

The gravity of what began unfolding before our eyes during the night of the 23rd June 2016 was too much to ignore, and I ended up staying up to watch until 5am.

The range of emotions I felt whilst watching the BBC coverage was indescribable. It was almost surreal, and today has felt like the strangest day ever.

I think the emotions I felt can be best described by my toddler, Ben.

I’ll stop talking and let the photos do the explaining…

 Be kind to one another.

Regardless of how you voted.

I like you… I like your words and I hope to read more of you here… An American living in the UK that totally agrees with you… One who has been called many names lately and have tried to speak out for reason… to no avail.

Bless you Michele – thanks so much for you kind words, I’m just sorry you’ve stumbled on my blog under such sad circumstances. Rest assured, I normally write funny stuff and I’ll try my best to cheer you up and restore your faith in us Brits. It’s been a horrible week truth be told. Not the best of British at all…
So glad to have you aboard! If you’re on Facebook, I post more rambles on there too which don’t get published on my blog, short snippets and things. Thanks so much again. Gem.x

Hi Michele! Bless you, thanks so much.
    That’s really very kind!!!!
    Hmmm…blog tips.
I’ve only been blogging a year (almost) but I’d say it takes a lot of time – I can spend until 2am writing trying to fit it around my day and the kids sometimes!
Join blogging groups on Facebook to share your posts – you share theirs/they share yours etc. I’m on a good one called Blogger Club UK but it’s not an exclusive UK group, anyone can join.
And, I guess, just be yourself! I’m sure you’ll do brilliantly but if you have any questions just ask away!!!
