Truly, I am massively sorry if you have to work this Bank Holiday or if you’re a parent who has children that don’t give a toss about what this kind of weekend means for a grown up. Ie; sleeping in, not waking up in the middle of the night to tell you they’ve just eaten a bogey, going to bed on time so you can watch a film and drink cocktails, that kind of thing…
Regardless of the ungodly hour my toddler is going to get me up tomorrow, I will be using tonight as an opportunity to have a cocktail or two. It’d be rude not to.
Seen as the sun has been out this afternoon and I have been busy in the garden planting strawberry plants (thanks mum and dad for those beauts) I am feeling a little…fruity.
